The room was modern, comfortable and clean. Tea and coffee available and lovely bathroom. Chef daily menu offered a three course meal in the hotel restaurant and was very reasonably priced at 260 kc. Food was delicious and service was fantastic. Hotel staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was included in our room price and was also delicious. A wide selection available, hot and cold which was very filling. Hotel was in a good location with the metro line C, station florenc directly opposite. Trams also stopped right outside the hotel giving easy access to all the sights. Great location as not in a highly tourist area and was very quiet at night. Didn't hear much from other guests either, so rooms well insulated. All in all, a very good hotel, which I would consider returning to again.
Although there was air conditioning, it didn't help cool the room some nights and it was very hot. There was a TV in the room, but not a huge selection of channels not generally a huge problem when on holiday, but when torrential rain prevented us going out and we needed to spend some time in the room, we were only able to watch either news channels or The True movies channel My only other complaint was that wifi was only available in the lobby and not in the rooms. As a result, there were lots of people with smartphones in the lobby and not a lot if seating available to accommodate everyone. However, these were minor complaints and did not really affect our hotel experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the hotel: the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were cosy and clean and the breakfast was good. The centre of Prague could be easily reached by metro (metro station in front of the hotel) or by foot (15 minutes walk). We would certainly recommend this hotel!

Fast check-in, friendly staff, great rooms, very good location near metro station, excellent breakfast. Overall this hotel was simply great value for money, would definetely stay here again!
Staff not really up to date on good restaurants, bar closes little too early, mini bar check should be done when no one is in the room

A nice clean fresh hotel with excellent staff.
For us the location was to far from the center. I got hotel parking and without doubt it has to be ranked some of the worst parking in the wold.. You drive thru a narrow door on the street and then try and drive thru an even narrower one into a lift. Then when the lifts de.scrends you have to try and maneuver your way out of the lift and into the garage. If you should achieve this forget your car until you are checking out. I was helped by a staff member on both occasions and it's not something I want to do again..
